We would require a 50% deposit or a credit card number to guarantee your booking.

Please be kind enough to fax us the deposit slip as confirmation for your booking. The balance on the account must be paid on arrival.

Check In time is at 14h00, any early arrival times should be arranged with the Hotel.

CANCELLATIONS:

• Up to 03 days prior to arrival, you have the right to cancel or amend without penalty.
• In the event of your reservation being cancelled within 2 days or less prior to arrival date, the deposit will be deemed forfeited.
• Should no cancellation be received by fax or in writing by the Hotel, the full deposit will be forfeited and the room will be charged for in full for the first night's accommodation. Unless prior written arrangements have been made with the Hotel for a late arrival, all non-guaranteed reservations will be automatically released at 18h00.
